humm...i tried again yesterday, got the red error. removed a paper. then tried again and it worked!!! Though I did pick Laser 6p, instead of the (1) version. i posted the academic calendar on the wall.
Yes, It's been having jamming problems. The computer is also set up to print to the Laser Jet in the office. You can choose that printer if the other is not working, but our preference is to use the Laser 6p because the cost per page is significantly less. I'll do a help desk request for Laser 6p servicing when I'm next in on Tuesday.
