Our Shared Computer

I have cleaned up the reference desk computer. It was "logged in" as Frank Hoppe, and retained all of his bookmarks and browsing data.

For convenience it now opens automatically to:

1. Our Lab blog
2. WMS (remember, if this page is open too long before logging in it might not work when you try)
3. Pasadena.edu
4. PCC class schedule search
5. Canvas
6. Lancerpoint 

Those bookmarks are on the bookmark bar also.

PLEASE, if you have personal bookmarks place them in the folders I created on the bookmarks bar, titled "Faculty Folders". That way you will have access to them when you are on the Lab Mac and they won't be deleted at cleanup time.

ALSO:

I have installed Remote Desktop to maintain and observe all of the Lab computers and the iPod Provisioning computer. Please do not use this software until you have had a chance to be trained on how it is set up. I will be happy to show you the ropes anytime. FYI: Privacy concerns are valid in observing use of computers and Matt Camara assured me that all registered students have signed a statement allowing observation on any campus computer as part of the registration process.
