Week 5. It seems like most room reservations are now settled. From this point forward I will be printing the weekly Practice Room Reservation sheets on Monday mornings. If any changes are made they will also need to be made on whatever sheets have already been printed and put in the drawer by the circulation desk.
I have made a change to the Room Reservation book. In light of waning availability and an increase in occasional use of the teaching studios I have made weekly sheets for each teaching studio rather than just a master copy and a sea of sticky notes. This way, people can write in one-off reservations for those rooms like we have been doing all along for practice rooms B & L and the recording studio.
Please familiarize yourself with the slightly new layout of the reservations book.
Reservations for the recording rack have pages without "week of" dates as they are infrequently used. As soon as someone needs to make a reservation you can write a date on top of the page.
