Not sure if this is an issue for anyone else. But I am currently unable to clear any fines. Nor am I able to overide if a student has a fine and wants to use a practice room. It seems there are some very odd fines showing up, for things students never checked out. So I am unsure as to what I should be doing since all my questions come during afterhours.

Jeff, are you using the new username (instead of Eaton) that Zac e-mailed to us? If you need it, send me an e-mail and I'll send it to you. The password is the same. In the meantime, I hope Zac and Brad read this, so they're on top of things. I'll mention it to them today.
ReplyDeleteyes, I use the new username, which allows we into the system, but Post or override is not an option.
ReplyDeleteI'll call Jeff Laun and ask him to come over and make sure we can log in to post "forgiveness of fines" and "overrides."
ReplyDeleteYou can use bsteed/woodwind as an alternative. Maker sure items are properly discharged and located before waiving fines.
ReplyDeleteThere have been some unusual cases where students are claiming that the fines they have are for rooms or items that they did not check out. Hopefully this is a beginning of the semester glitch only.
Sorry everyone, I only just noticed this thread. I alerted Daniel Haley to this problem several weeks ago and they only just dealt with it. The LabSuper account should be functional by now. PLEASE let me know if there are other issues that were not addressed.
