Work study students and Room E

Nick Stoup informed me that one of our work study students was signing out Room E to students that "weren't on the list," because that was the last available room. I reviewed our policy with that student, and showed that student our class lists for those special rooms. Perhaps it's a good idea to remind ALL work study students of our policy re: those special rooms.
